Kalli Lambros and Zachary Lagunas met through mutual friends in 2013 as freshman at Oak Forest High School and their connection was undeniable. They began dating a few months later on April 2, 2014. They attended several dances together and were even nominated to the Homecoming and Prom Courts before graduating high school together.

During their college years, they remained close and moved to Lakeview, Chicago, IL together in 2019. After the pandemic, they decided being close to family is what they valued most. They moved to Worth, IL in 2020 and adopted their first cat, Ace, in 2021.

Sharing their love of Elvis Presley, they planned a spring break trip to Graceland in Memphis, TN in 2023. A few days before their 9th anniversary, Zachary popped the question to Kalli in front of Elvis' iconic home. They spent the next days celebrating by touring the famous site and daydreaming about their future.

Once they returned home, they decided that they wanted to search for a home. After countless hours of searching, going on tours, and putting in offers, they found their dream home in Midlothian, IL in 2025. These two spent an entire month renovating before they moved in and truly brought their dreams to life.

With the house in place they began wedding planning. They would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who has come together to make their wedding a truly special day. These high school sweethearts have truly stuck together through it all.
